Step 1: Getting a free quote
Click here or press the button on the page footer to provide a brief information on what (volume in words), by when (deadline) and how (format of deliverables) you want to get translated and receive a response (at once or within max. 8 hours) with details about price, conditions, services and deadline. The consultation is absolutely free and doesn't impose any obligations on you. You can cancel the project on this stage with no worries.

Step 2: Sending the files and PO
If you are satisfied with the price and deadline, you send me the documents you need translated, a Non-Disclosure Agreement for me to sign (if necessary), a Purchase Order with the agreed price and the requirements/instructions including the following details:

Brief description of your target audience (age, gender, occupation)

Step 4: Awaiting for translation
On this stage I can send you queries/questions on the text you provided and special terms (if any) to ensure the correct translation. Then I check over/proofread my translation to make sure everything is fine.

Step 3: Recieving the translated files
I send you the ready files by the specified deadline. I also submit an invoice with information from you PO which should be paid within 7 days (if it's a one-time project) or within 30 days of the date of issue (if there are several projects). If projects are made on a continuous basis, I issue an invoice once a month.
